The designated OFF leash area is to the North of Careel Bay playing fields. (Dogs MUST be on leash through Hitchcock Park). Located off Barrenjoey Road at Etival Street North Avalon A parking area is located on the left hand side of Etival Street at the junction of Barrenjoey Road.
