The public off-leash area is at the back of the oval (westerly direction); there are signs that indicate this.
The exception to this is that Frankston City Council has approved access to the oval to 'Frankston Nth Dog Catch-Up Group'. This group is a non-financial community group that meets on a regular basis on the oval to exercise their dogs.
