The walk focuses on the lives of Townsville’s publicans and recognises the contribution of Townsville’s past publicans to the development of the city in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. Among the publicans recognised in this brochure are Andrew Ball, the Honourable John Deane and Charles Wyatt.
